RESIDENT & FELLOW SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

The ODS Board is excited to announce our scholarship program available to residents and fellows throughout Oregon! We encourage you to share this information with the residents and fellows in your clinics. 

$1500 per quarter available to assist with funding for conference registration and travel.

• Quarter 1: January 1-March 31, Quarter 2: April 1-June 30, Quarter 3: July 1-September 30, Quarter 4: October 1-December 31
• Please note, these funds are intended to cover needs above and beyond the financial support provided by your institution.
• Maximum of $500 per request. Preference will be given to applicants who have not received funding via this mechanism in the last year.

• Name/contact information
• Conference dates and/or dates of travel
• Physician mentor name and email (must be an ODS member)
• Funds/support provided by institution
• Brief narrative (no more than 250 words) on how this financial support will further your education, training and/or research. If applying for conference funds, please include copy of presentation submission and acceptance letter.

Scholarship applications must be received 30 days in advance of intended use. Flexibility will be given for short-notice travel funding. Board reserves right to follow up with applicant and/or mentor for more information.
